transformational Coaching

Transformational coaching is multi-disciplinary in nature. While its techniques are rooted in traditional coaching models and techniques, they also include insights drawn from neuroscience, psychotherapy, philosophy and psychology to bring about truly sustainable transformation.


The primary aim of transformational coaching is to create a reflective space for you to explore your mindset and to better understand and manage your current experiences in any aspect of your personal or professional life.


Using a conversation-based approach, we will encourage you to explore the underlying assumptions, beliefs, values, expectations and attitudes that shape your experience of yourself, your world and the people in it. When you’re ready, we move forward with purpose and action; taking you from where you are today, to where you want to be tomorrow.


Expect an exciting journey of reflection, discovery and self-awareness combined with action, motivation, goal setting and, ultimately, triumph.

If you’re keen to explore how transformational coaching could help you, we offer a free introductory consultation to discuss what you’d like to achieve, and whether our approach is right for you. This can be done via phone or Zoom and takes around 10-15 minutes.


Following the call, if you wish to proceed with coaching we will agree the way forward together. In most cases, this involves an initial commitment of four  sessions, either virtually or in person.
